Cheesecake Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 2 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
- whipped cream, optional
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, add the milk and heat over medium heat, until hot but not boiling.
- Turn the heat down to low and whisk in the vanilla and cream cheese. Whisk until the cream cheese is melted and incorporated.
- Whisk in the white chocolate and keep whisking until melted and smooth.
- Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream if desired.
Notes:
This hot chocolate will thicken as it cools. Just reheat it in the microwave.
