Crock Pot Buffalo Meatballs

Deliciously spicy meatballs that are the easy to make. Plus you can use your preferred ground meat. I used ground turkey, because that is what my family prefers, but you could use ground chicken or ground beef.

Crock Pot Buffalo Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
  2. In a large bowl add the ground turkey, panko, egg, garlic powder, onion powder and green onions. Season with black pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches. Which will make about 24 meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes or until browned on all sides.
  5. Place the meatballs in the crock pot and pour the buffalo sauce over top. Gently stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
Enjoy!!!
