Tart rhubarb and sweet strawberries mixed with creamy vanilla Greek yogurt makes for a delicious smoothie. A little sweet and a little tart.
I love the tartness from rhubarb and I really wanted that flavor to shine through, so I used equal amounts of strawberries and rhubarb. However if you do not want it as tart reduce the amount of rhubarb.
Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced rhubarb
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 6 ounces vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
