One weekend I wanted something different than my normal flavored coffee I drink during the weekdays. I went looking through my pins on Pinterest and found one that sounded good and I was sure I had all of the ingredients to make. As I was getting out the ingredients I went to get the caramel sauce out and realized I did not have any and I got bummed for a second. Then it occurred to me when I was reading the ingredient list I do not remember reading caramel, but how could that be it is a caramel drink? So I looked at the ingredient list again and there was no caramel listed.
I made the drink since I did have all of the necessary ingredients and after one taste I was shocked at how much it tasted like caramel. I am not sure how that much caramel taste came through when there is zero caramel in it, but I really don't care because it tastes so delicious.
