One day I a came across a post listing all the things you can make in a waffle maker, besides waffles. I have to admit I was surprised. I had never thought to try anything but waffles in a waffle maker, hence the name waffle maker. But some very creative people have come up with new ways to use the waffle maker.
The one idea that really stuck with me was grilled cheese. I already use a sandwich maker to make grilled cheese so a waffle maker would be very similar, but have the fun waffle shape to it. My kids loved it, they thought it was cool and of course tasted great.
