Awhile back I heard of this new trend of adding ice cream to hot chocolate. I was not sure of it because when I drink hot chocolate, it is typically to warm up. But I decided to give it a try.
I have to admit it was delicious. The ice cream melted very quickly into the hot chocolate and did not cool it down too much, like I thought it would. Also it added a wonderful creaminess to the hot chocolate. I will definitely be on the look out for more hot chocolate floats.
