When you combine chicken, broccoli, gnocchi, Alfredo sauce, bacon and cheese you get a very comforting and delicious dish.
Ever since my husband and I had Olive Garden's Chicken Gnocchi Soup, I have felt the need to try Gnocchi in different recipes. Most of the recipes were not keepers except for this one and Loaded Baked Gnocchi. Both recipes are delicious and a great way to use gnocchi.
The updated pictures do not show broccoli, I had run out so I substituted with mixed veggies. I also put it under the broiler to brown the cheese on top a little bit.
