These pork chops are easy to prepare and turn out tender and flavorful. The leftovers are just as flavorful as the day you made, but make sure not to reheat them too long or they will start to dry out.
Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 boneless pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then place them in the bread crumb mixture. Coating both sides with the bread crumb mixture, pressing down to make sure they are well coated.
- Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes or until completely cooked.
Notes:
This recipe can easily be doubled to feed a larger crowd.
You may need more bread crumb mixture, depending on the size of you pork chops.
