Sriracha Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 3 medium heads of broccoli
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sacue
- 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
- 3 tablespoons siriacha
- 1 clove garlic, finely diced
- black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- Rinse the broccoli and dry well. Cut into florets.
- In a large bowl combine the soy sauce, sesame seed oil, sriracha, black pepper and diced garlic.
- Add in the broccoli and coat well.
- Place the broccoli onto a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
