Breaded Ranch Chicken


Simple and easy to make that yields a moist and delicious chicken with nice ranch flavor. Serve with some potatoes and a vegetable and you have a complete meal.

Breaded Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Place a baking rack on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow bowl combine the panko, Parmesan cheese and ranch mix.
  3. Dip chicken in butter and then coat in panko mixture. Place on prepared baking rack.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
