This oatmeal is so very delicious and has just the right amount of eggnog flavor. A delicious way to start the day.
Eggnog Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 1/2 cups eggnog
- 1 1/2 cups fat free milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a medium saucepan, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a boil then reduced to a simmer.
- Cook for about 10 minutes stirring frequently.
