Monterey Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
 - 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
 - 1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
 - 14 ounce can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
 - sliced green onions
 
Directions:
- Pound the chicken just a little to give it a flat top and season with black pepper.
 - Cook chicken in a large skillet until completely cooked.
 - Top each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1 tablespoon bacon and a few green onions.
 - Continue to cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
