I loved these little quinoa bites. They were very delicious and easy to put together. I liked that they held together so they could be a finger food and you could very easily dip them in some sort of sauce. My family and I ate them plain, mainly because we were trying to be healthy. Either way you choose, plain or dipped, this is a delicious side dish to any meal.
