Now this Coffee Toffee Mocha Crunch Ice Cream may be a mouth full to say, but it is a delicious mouth full. It had the perfect amount of coffee flavor that was accented by yummy toffee bits and chocolate chips. So delicious!!!
Coffee Toffee Mocha Crunch Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 1/2 cups half and half
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 1/2 cup heath bar toffee bits
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- In a large bowl whisk together the heavy cream, half and half, sugar and espresso powder until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Turn on the ice cream maker and pour mixture into the freezer bowl.
- Churn according to manufacturer's directions.
- Add toffee and chocolate chips about 2 minutes before the ice cream is done churning.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
