Bunny Pudding

Bunny Pudding: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

A cute and super easy dessert. Pudding is topped with coconut and then decorated to look like a bunny. This bunny pudding can easily customized. I used a homemade pudding, but you could use store bought and any flavor that you like and that would go well with coconut. For the ears you could dip the cut side in pink or any other color sprinkle for a nice look and you could even use some Pull and Peel Twizzlers and make some whiskers.

Bunny Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1- 3.4 ounce package vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 4 large marshmallows, cut in half lengthwise
  • flaked coconut
  • 4 jelly beans
  • 8 chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the pudding mix and the milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spoon the Divide the mixture between 4 dessert bowls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the pudding with the coconut and use the cut marshmallows for the bunnies ears, the jelly beans for the nose and the chocolate chips for eyes.
Enjoy!!!
