Sriracha Chicken Bacon Sliders

Sriracha Chicken Bacon Sliders: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Oh my goodness were these sandwiches delicious! Bacon, turkey and cheese with a sriracha mayo on a slider roll topped with garlic butter. I served them for lunch and then had some of the leftovers for dinner, they were that good. Plus they were fairly easy to make.

Sriracha Chicken Bacon Sliders: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Sriracha Chicken Bacon Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 3 cups cooked turkey
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoons garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce, until well mixed.
  3. Cut the rolls in half and place the bottom buns in the prepared baking dish. If your Slider rolls are all attached, then just leave them attached and cut the whole large piece in half and place the bottom portion in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the Sriracha mayonnaise over top of the bottom half of the rolls. Top with the turkey, bacon and cheese. Place the top half of the buns on top.
  5. Mix together the melted butter and garlic powder and spread on top of the rolls.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover the baking dish and bake for 5 more minutes.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
I used turkey bacon and Monterey Jack cheese when I made these.
