Deluxe Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon miracle whip
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
- dill pickle relish, to taste
- paprika, to taste
Directions:
- In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the miracle whip, mustard and black pepper until well blended.
- Add in the eggs and season with pickle relish and paprika to taste. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve the egg salad on your choice of bread.
