Crock Pot Ravioli Lasagna

Crock Pot Ravioli Lasagna: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

This crock pot meal is made by layering ingredients like you would layer lasagna ingredients. My kids loved helping me layer the ingredients and thought using ravioli instead of lasagna noodles was super delicious.

Crock Pot Ravioli Lasagna: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Crock Pot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3- 14 or 15 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet cook the ground turkey until completely cooked and crumbled. Drain any fat.
  2. To the ground turkey add the crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning and garlic powder, stirring to mix.
  3. Cover the bottom of the crock pot with some of the sauce. Place a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce. Sprinkle some of the mozzarella cheese over the ravioli. Repeat the layers of sauce, ravioli and mozzarella cheese until all of the ravioli is used up, saving some of the sauce and mozzarella.
  4. Spread the remaining sauce on top and then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top and place the lid on the crock pot.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours. Turn off the crock pot and let sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!!!
