Crock Pot Creamed Corn with Bacon

Crock Pot Creamed Corn with Bacon: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Lately I have been on a creamed corn kick. I have been making several recipes and pinning even more. I am not sure why. Maybe it is because I have never really made it or even given it a second thought. But once I made one and it was so delicious it made me want to more.

This version of creamed corn is made in the crock pot and could not be any easier. Add all of the ingredients to the crock pot, turn on the crock pot and let it cook. You don't even need to thaw the corn. Plus this recipe can be doubled to feed even more people.

Crock Pot Creamed Corn with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups frozen corn
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 ounces real bacon pieces

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the crock pot and stir to combine.
  2. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until the cheese is melted and mixture is hot, stirring about 1 time every hour.
Enjoy!!!
