Cheesecake Hot Chocolate

Cheesecake Hot Chocolate: Savory Sweet and Satisfying


This hot chocolate takes my love of hot chocolate and combines it with my love of cheesecake and white chocolate. It is pure deliciousness in a mug. Plus it is super easy to make.

Cheesecake Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ounces white chocolate, chopped
2 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
whipped cream, optional

Directions:
In a small saucepan, add the milk and heat over medium heat, until hot but not boiling. Turn the heat down to low and whisk in the vanilla and cream cheese. Whisk until the cream cheese is melted and incorporated. Whisk in the white chocolate and keep whisking until melted and smooth. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream if desired.

Enjoy!!!

Notes:
This hot chocolate will thicken as it cools. Just reheat it in the microwave.
