Mexican Slaw with Cumin Lime Dressing

Mexican Slaw with Cumin Lime Dressing: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Typically when I am posting a recipe I like to post everything needed to make that recipe in one post. When I came across a recipe for fish tacos, it included a link to this slaw to go with the tacos. I thought about cutting down this recipe to make it work with the tacos and not have any leftovers. But for several reasons I decided to just make this recipe as is and include it with the tacos making a note that it would make more than needed for the tacos.

When I finished making this slaw my husband commented on how much he likes slaw and snitched a bite. He then said it was really good, he could eat it by itself. Good I said cause there will be plenty leftover. So I then determined to make it a separate post since you do not have to eat on the fish tacos. If you are interested in the fish taco recipe check back here in a few days to see it.
