I am always looking for quick and easy lunch ideas for the weekend. This one fit perfectly. Not only is it easy, but it tastes delicious.
Bacon Ranch Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
- 4 tortillas
- 4 tablespoons light ranch dressing
- 2 pieces lettuce
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Spread 1 tablespoon ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Lay the lettuce down on the tortilla and then add a few tomatoes slices, followed by the chicken, then bacon and lastly 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese on each wrap.
- Roll up the tortilla.
