Bacon Beer Cheese Dip

Bacon Beer Cheese Dip: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I was a little skeptical about this dip, but had some beer leftover that I wanted to get rid of so I decided to try this dip and I am glad I did. Warm cheese dip with bacon and beer is a unique, yet a delicious dip.

Bacon Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, add the beer and heat until warm over medium heat.
  2. Add in the cream cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Add in the bacon, mustard powder and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted smooth and warmed.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
The darker the beer the more beer flavor the dip will have.
