Jalapeño Popper Egg Bake

Jalapeño Popper Egg Bake: Savory Sweet and Satsifying

Oh my goodness was this breakfast delicious. It was so good I did not want to share it with anyone. Spicy, cheesy eggs are a great way to start the day.

Jalapeño Popper Egg Bake

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat cream cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl add in the eggs, milk and black pepper, whisking to combine.
  3. Stir in the cheese and bacon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into prepared baking dish.
  5. Place little blobs of cream cheese and the slices of jalapeño around the top of the egg mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
Depending on the size of your baking dish you may need to reduce or increase the baking time.
