Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I don't think I will ever get tired of roasted broccoli. No matter what I roast it with it is always delicious. Plus I love experimenting with different ways to flavor the roasted broccoli. And let's not forget how quick and easy it is to prepare and roast.

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
24 ounces broccoli florets, about 5 cups
3 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 425ยบ F.

Place broccoli in a single layer onto a baking sheet. Add olive oil and garlic. Season with black pepper and gently toss to combine.

Roast for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
