If you like things spicy then this broccoli is for you, it is spicy goodness.

I can't believe that I have not tried this combination sooner. I love roasted broccoli and I love things nice and spicy. Put the two together and you have such a delicious combination. I also loved the flavor that the soy sauce added to the broccoli. Definitely will be making this again and soon!

Sriracha Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium heads of broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sacue
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
  • 3 tablespoons siriacha
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Rinse the broccoli and dry well. Cut into florets.
  3. In a large bowl combine the soy sauce, sesame seed oil, sriracha, black pepper and diced garlic.
  4. Add in the broccoli and coat well.
  5. Place the broccoli onto a large baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
