Pizza Pasta Salad

Pizza Pasta Salad: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I have made this salad several times and it is always a hit when I make it. One time I made it with hard salami and another time I made it with pepperoni. My family prefers the version with pepperoni better, so that is what I have listed below.

Pizza Pasta Salad


  • 16 oucnes penne pasta
  • 5 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 ounces turkey pepperoni, quartered
  • 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cubes
  • 3/4 ounce package fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper Italian with Parmesan dressing


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl combine the pasta, tomatoes, pepperoni, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan cheese and dressing.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
