Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I am pretty sure I have mentioned before how much I love roasted vegetables. It is easy and the flavor you get from roasting the vegetables is so very delicious. Add some parmesan cheese to the roasted vegetables and they are even more delicious.

Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower


  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 425ยบ F.
  2. On a large rimmed baking sheet toss cauliflower and olive oil. Roast, tossing occasionally, until almost tender about 35-40 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle cauliflower with Parmesan cheese, tossing to combine. Roast for an additional 10-12 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
