Chicken Mozzarella with Pasta

Savory Sweet and Satisfying: Chicken Mozzarella with Pasta

I love pasta! I think I could eat a pasta dish everyday and never get tired of it. There is something so good and delicious about it and this dish is no exception.

Chicken Mozzarella with Pasta


  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce


  1. Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
  2. Place olive oil in a large skillet and heat.
  3. Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise and place in skillet. Cook until browned about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook on other side until browned about 3 minutes.
  4. Top each chicken breast with a piece of cheese. Cover skillet and cook until cheese is melted about 1 minute.
  5. While chicken is cooking heat spaghetti sauce in a small skillet.
  6. Combine the spaghetti sauce and the noodles.
  7. Serve onto individual plates or bowl.
  8. Top each serving with a chicken breast.
