Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

These potatoes make a nice side dish for dinner. They turn out nice and crispy with great flavor. Just make sure to cut your potatoes similar in size so they cook evenly and make sure to turn the potatoes often so they do not stick and brown up nice and crispy.

Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and diced (skins left on)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a large bowl combine the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the potatoes out on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
