Mango Berry Banana Smoothie

Mango Berry Banana Smoothie

I really enjoy smoothies during the summer months. They are refreshing and delicious and this smoothie is no exception.

If you cannot find frozen mango or you can only find organic frozen mango that cost a lot (like I did) just buy a fresh mango, peel it and cut it up into chunks. Place the chunks on a freezer safe tray in a single layer and freeze just until frozen, then transfer the mango into a freezer bag and keep in the freezer until ready to use.

Mango Berry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is mixed and smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses.
Enjoy!!!
