Strawberry Banana Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie


This smoothie was not only refreshing, but delicious as well. It is easy to make and makes two large servings.

Strawberry Banana Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 6 large strawberries, hulled
  • 1 sliced banana, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 6 ounces fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fat free milk

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!!!
