Baked Chicken Nuggets with Dipping Sauces

Baked Chicken Nuggets:Savory Sweet and Satisfying

My girls are huge fans of chicken nuggets, I think they could eat them everyday. I do not mind them either, just as long as they are not the frozen variety. I much prefer making them myself. These nuggets are fairly easy to make and bake up nice and crispy.

Baked Chicken Nuggets with Dipping Sauces: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

My girls also enjoy dipping their nuggets in sauces, in fact I am not sure if they could eat them without sauce to dip them in. When I came across a recipe for these two sauces I figured I would give them a try, it would be a nice change of pace from their normal ranch and ketchup.

Both sauces were a hit. The spicy ketchup was very good with a very good kick. My youngest liked it and ate it, but did say it was a bit too spicy. The honey mustard was very good as well, in fact it was one of the better honey mustards I have had.

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place a cooling rack onto a rimmed baking sheet and spray well with cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow bowl combine panko and parmesan cheese.
  3. In another shallow bowl add egg and water, slightly beat with a fork.
  4. In a third shallow bowl add flour. You may need more flour depending on the size of your chicken breasts.
