Sometimes I do not get a lot of flavor from a marinade, but this one was different. I only marinaded it for an hour, and once it was cooked it had great flavor and little bit of spice. I can only imagine how flavorful it would be if I let it marinade overnight.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
- In a medium bowl whisk together the barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, chili powder and red pepper flakes.
- Place the chicken in a large baking dish and pour the sauce over top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook your preferred way until the chicken is completely cooked.
