I do not make punch often, hence why this punch is not in a punch bowl, but a large plastic container. But when I saw this punch recipe I knew I needed to make it because it sounded so very good. Well it did not disappoint, it was delicious. Just make sure you have a large crowd to drink it up. It will make about 1 gallon, which will serve 21 people a 6 ounce glass of punch.
Cranberry Raspberry Punch
Ingredients:
- 1 quart + 2 cups raspberry sherbet, softened
- 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, slightly thawed
- 11.5 ounces cranberry juice concentrate, slightly thawed
- 2 cups orange juice, chilled
- 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
Directions:
- Add 2 cups raspberry sherbet and lemonade concentrate to a blender and blend until smooth. Add in 1 cup orange juice and blend until smooth.Pour into a punch bowl.
- Add 2 more cups raspberry sherbet and cranberry concentrate to a blender and blend until smooth. Add in 1 cup orange juice and blend until smooth. Pour into the punch bowl and gently stir to mix.
- Pour in the ginger ale and gently stir to mix.
- Using the remaining raspberry sherbet place scoops of it into the punch.
