Berry Orange Smoothie

Berry Orange Smoothie: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Berries and orange make a delicious combination in this smoothie. The mixed berries I used had raspberries, blueberries and blackberries in it. You can use what ever type of mixed berries you would like or can find. I buy most of my frozen fruit at Costco since it is such a good deal and I make 5-6 smoothies a week so I use up the large quantities of it.

Berry Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
