Creamy Black Bean and Corn

Creamy Black Bean and Corn: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

If you love easy side dishes, then this recipe is for you. When I say easy I really mean easy, just dump everything into a pot and heat, stirring until the cheese is melted.

Creamy Black Bean and Corn

Ingredients:

  • 30 ounces frozen corn
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounce can diced jalapeƱos
  • 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a pot and heat over medium low heat.
  2. Stir often until everything is warmed through and the cream cheese is melted and completely incorporated.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
If you are a few ounces too short or have a few too many ounces of corn it is okay.

If spicy foods are not your thing leave out the jalapeƱos.
