These wraps are super delicious and super easy to make. They come together really quickly and make a great lunch.
Crispy Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup light miracle whip
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons light sour cream
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 12 inch whole wheat tortillas
Directions:
- In a large bowl stir together the miracle whip, cilantro, green onions, sour cream and hot sauce. Add in chicken and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle cheese over tortillas, except for a 1/2 inch border around the edges. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture down the middle of each tortilla.
- Fold one edge of the tortilla over the filling and then fold the other edge of the tortilla over the filling.
- Heat a non stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down and cook until golden brown about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the wraps and cook on other side until golden brown about 2-3 minutes.
