This bread disappeared very quickly in my house. The entire loaf was gone within three days. My husband who typically will eat 1 piece of my sweet breads, ate many slices of this bread. That shows just how much he loved it!
This time when I made this bread I used Gala apples and needed 2 1/2 apples to equal 1 1/2 cups shredded apples.
