Garlic Parmesan Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 1 pound asparagus
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400ยบ F.
- Break or cut off the woody ends of the asparagus spears.
- In a large bowl add the olive oil, garlic, black pepper and asparagus. Toss to coat well.
- Spread the asparagus out on a large baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
