Bunny Cake

Bunny Cake: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I made this cake for my youngest daughter's first birthday. When she was just a few months old she became very attached to a little stuffed bunny. So a bunny cake was perfect for her.

Bunny Cake
Ingredients:
1- 9x13 inch cake
white frosting
sweetened flaked coconut
gel or paste colorings

Directions:
Use picture at the right to create a template of the bunny. Use that template and place it on the cake and cut out bunny's body and ears. Assemble the bunny on a serving plate.

Save some of the frosting to tint for decorating and use the rest to frost the cake. Once the cake is frosted gently press the coconut into the frosting covering the entire cake, top and sides.

Tint remaining frosting desired colors and decorate the bunny.
