Eggnog Oatmeal

Savory Sweet and Satisfying: Eggnog Oatmeal


This oatmeal is so very delicious and has just the right amount of eggnog flavor. A delicious way to start the day.

Eggnog Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 1 1/2 cups fat free milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a medium saucepan, stirring to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduced to a simmer.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes stirring frequently.
