Crock Pot Cheese Tortellini

Crockpot Cheese Tortellini

What to say about this recipe? There is only one thing I can say... AMAZING!!! This was one of the best crock pot recipes I have made and eaten in awhile. It was so good and flavorful, I could not stop eating it and to top it off, the leftovers were just as good as the day I made it. Not to mention it is super easy to make.

The only downside to this recipe is the nutritional information, however it is so good that I am willing to over look the nutritional information to have this dish every once in a while. It does have spinach in it, so there is something healthy about it.

Crock Pot Cheese Tortellini

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces dry tortellini
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 14 ounce cans Italian style diced tomatoes
  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 pound roll sausage

Directions:

  1. In a skillet brown the sausage and add to the crock pot.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for about 2 hours.
Enjoy!!!
