Parmesan Ranch Corn

Parmesan Ranch Corn: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

This is an easy way to take frozen corn and give it some flavor. I do not know about you but frozen vegetables come in handy for me as a quick and easy vegetable for dinner. But now I can still have a quick and easy vegetable but with some flavor.

Parmesan Ranch Corn
Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen corn
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

Directions:
Cook the corn according to the package directions. After the corn is cooked drain and liquid in the bowl. Add in the butter, stirring until it is completely melted. Add in the parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix, stirring to mix.
